Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be provided in cases such as:

• Damaged or defective products
• Incorrect product received
• Approved return requests
• Order cancellation where a refund is applicable

Refund eligibility may depend on the product, order condition and applicable return terms.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return request is approved, the product must be handed over to our authorised courier partner for return.

The refund will be initiated only after the returned product has been received by Mantra Living Spaces through our courier partner. Once we receive the returned product, we will process and transfer the applicable refund amount to your original payment method/bank account within 72 working hours.

Please note that after we initiate the refund, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Important

Products returned for a refund may need to be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, wherever applicable.

The returned product may be inspected before the refund is approved and processed.
