1. Order Cancellation

• Customers can request cancellation within 1 day of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests received after 1 day may not be accepted.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

2. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return if:

• The product is damaged or defective when received.
• You have received an incorrect product.
• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging is available and in good condition.

Products that have been damaged, used or altered by the customer may not be accepted for return.

3. Return Time Period

Customers must request and return the product within 3–4 working days from the date of delivery.

After this return period has expired, we may not be able to accept the return request.

4. Return Condition

Before accepting a return, the product may be inspected by our team.

The product must be returned in undamaged, unused and original condition, along with its original packaging and accessories, wherever applicable.

If the product or packaging is damaged after delivery due to customer handling, the return request may not be accepted.

5. Return Request

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Photos/videos of the product packaging, where required

Our team will review your request and inform you about the next steps.

6. Refund

Once an eligible returned product is received and approved by Mantra Living Spaces, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
