Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please report the issue to us as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and product where required.
